Returns & Shipping Policy

The exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the piece. I offer free shipping on European orders from 150 euros and world wide orders from 250 euros.  

All products, except ones require framing, are dispatched within 2 business days from payment date.

We will e-mail you tracking number and link to tracking site once shipment is dispatched.

Standard shipping that I offer is for packages with a maximum size of: 

The Netherlands/Belgium:

0-10 kg: 100 x 50 x 50 cm, 10-23 kg: 1760 x 780 x 580 mm

Europe

100 x 50 x 50 cm. 

Rest of the world

100 x 50 x 50 cm.

- All paintings are insured and packaged with care. In unforeseen circumstances that a painting is damaged in transit, please contact us and provide photos of the packaging before opening and any damage to the artwork. We will then assess and be in contact to organise a
resolution.

 

International taxes or duties

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are your responsibility so please keep this in mind.

Returns

Refunds and exchanges are NOT permitted. I provide a complimentary service of mocking up artwork on the walls to make sure you're happy with your decision before purchasing.

I do my best to represent the colours correctly for artworks and products, but colours you see on your computer screen or other device may vary slightly from the actual artwork or product.

- If you change your mind and no longer want to proceed with the commission artwork prior to commencement of the artwork, you will forfeit your deposit.

- If, for some reason FR art studio is unable to proceed with your commission piece your deposit will be refunded in total.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit please take photos of the external box, the shipping label on the box and the damage to the artwork/frame or fault in them.

Please send all photos to me via e-mail within 7 days so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
